I had planned to sleep an extra 45 minutes this morning.  The cats did not.

My day is a mess.  I had planned originally to go to the Big Supermarket this morning, then return and putter around the apartment while I made a lot of vegetable soup.  Then I wasn't paid, so I cannot go.  Everything in the bank at the moment is tied up on that god damned Ohio property tax payment.

I had thought about doing laundry tomorrow, but I may do it this morning.  I'm still thinking about seeing Emma tomorrow.

Kitty cleanup is over.  I need to get the laundry together and make the bed.

We watched KNIVES OUT last night.

Among other issues, it was a bit too long.

Up too late last night, so I fortunately was able to get up a little late this morning. Which was nice. And I have only a few things to get done today before our closing show tonight.

I think INTERCALARY was a Bert I. Gordon movie with Joan Collins.

MR BK's situation reminds me of one I was mired in.

We were doing VAMPIRE LESBIANS OF SODOM in the basement theatre - to sold out audiences and good reviews - and in the upstairs theatre a director from IU [that means he's a genius, folks] was rehearsing the next show LISBON TRAVIATA.

They kept taking our tape deck upstairs and NOT bringing it back. Several times we got to the theatre at call time and had to go upstairs to the booth, unhook the deck and bring it back down - rehook it up and put our tape on - if we could find it.

And on Sunday afternoon, during our matinee he would rehearse what sounded like a quartet of Clydesdale horses right over our heads......

When I called him on it, he just shrugged....I still hate that man and hope he is dead.....Dale McFadden.  If not maybe his name will bring him here.

Like getting that extra hour in the fall, only about twenty-four times better.

We’ve suffered a few such indignities through this run, DR Jrand69, and this show is the “main stage” production in this theater.

Thanks for the heads up on geniuses from IU.

Should I pack some pandemic lit to take with me next week like Contagion or Love in the Time of Cholera?

Maybe I'm not being clear here: Stocking up on food, i.e. SHOPPING at the supermarket, is a very different thing than everyone making a run on supermarkets or stores due to hysteria.

Having lived were you get used to pre-storm runs to the supermarket, I was only suggesting it is always a good idea to have non perishable foods at home.

So far I haven't seen any hysteria shopping here.

I think it is weird that you have to declare your party preference on the envelope, but how do they know that you vote for a candidate from that party on the actual ballot?

I hadn't noticed that, but then I haven't filled in my ballet yet.  Keith voted.

Oh, as George explains it we need to state the party we are voting for vs the party we might be registered as.  Oh wait, when we registered to vote here we didn't declare a party.  I forgot.

It was interesting to watch CONTAGION last night, especially the efforts to track and locate where it started.
