Wow - I finally found an affordable copy of the original London cast of Bye Bye Birdie....Chita Rivera and Peter Marshall...with Marty Wilde as Conrad. I love the orchestrations and the slightly different vocals....except of course the guy who plays Harry McAfee....
Well, my exciting weekend continues apace. Last night, the pleasure of hearing my music done by two virtuosos, and today I have received an email from an L.A. producer who's in a production company with an Oscar winning actor on whom I believe DS Betsy may have just an itsy bitsy crush. He is interested in developing a new FF feature and they want me to help. Is Venus in Uranus or something like that?

Except I fear there will be a train wreck of sorts at church today.

So, half the clocks did reset themselves for daylight savings this morning. Only to find out that it's been moved up till next weekend. ... And then next year's time changes in the middle of November.
What a lazy day! I am feeling hungover although I've had no alcohol in over two weeks and I'm ready for a nap. I'm also listening to Maria Callas sing, and her rendition of "Vissi d'Arte" is so moving and sad that it moves me to tears. What an artiste!
Jennifer, the cars were indeed parked in front of and in back of me on the street. And they were literally almost right up against the front and rear bumber - there was no way at all to get the car out from between them. And they were there until one-thirty in the morning, whooping and hollering on the street like fifteen-year-olds. Since they're thirty, that makes sense since thirty is the new fifteen.
-I have no idea what I'm talking about. Next!
So, half the clocks did reset themselves for daylight savings this morning. Only to find out that it's been moved up till next weekend. I thought electronics were to be smarter than humans. Or are my electronics still living in the past. And then next year's time changes in the middle of November. So why bother buying anything that is preset. That's all.

Although, there's also a "Lazy Bones" by (Robin) Thicke. Hmm...
