Someone in Toledo is spending a LOT of time on my FF site today--coming back again and again and again. He/she has accessed it repeatedly through the Northern State Hospital site (sister hospital to where FF was institutionalized). Maybe that person is getting ready to write another FF book.

My friend in Pennsylvania has received good news and wonderful news. Her 9 pound 1 once grandson was born. Not only is he big but he has a full head of black hair.

The doctor doesn't think her tests showed anything serious. They will repeat one test in two months to check for growth plus tomorrow she will have a complete body bone scan. I'm relieved to hear the news and extra relieved bad news was not received on the same day as the baby's birth.

I just spent DAYS with this idiot former school superintendent from Florida who told me flat out he would take the house, then came with his son-in-law, who rejected it because it's not in NE!!! If you want a house in NE Portland, what the frell are you doing looking at a house in the west hills? Aaaaarrrrgh.

I'd say 60-70% of the people who have contacted us are either in bankruptcy or have lost their homes to short sales or foreclosures. The ridiculous thing about the home losses is that everyone so far has had stable incomes. I guess they just overextended themselves and the banks wouldn't budge. Idiots.

I am very excited to be going to A Chorus Line tonight. From the minute I saw the trucks in the alley, I started having Chorus Line songs running through my head....ALL DAY.... I forgot how much I really love this show. I first saw it in London in June of 1977 and then I think I saw it in New York in 1978...I was thinking 1977, but now I'm not so sure. I know I saw some of the original cast. Then Jon and I saw the last night of previews of the revival. I realize this is a nonequity touring version, but it's still A Chorus Line.

As I was leaving work (my office building is next door to the theater) I saw two guys going into the alley toward the stage door. I rolled down my window and shouted a break a leg. They turned around started laughing and said "Thanks" they were probably just delivering food, but it made me feel good
