On TCM tonight - OUT OF THE PAST featuring a main theme based on a song Frances sang in TOAST OF NEW YORK.....very lovely.....took me a couple of times to realize what it was......"The First Time I Saw You."

Now there is a 1964 soap opera starring Rhonda Fleming and Rossano Brazzi that I have never heard of.....I think I will give it a try.

Instant Love is the title.

Craig just made fantastic vegan matzo ball soup, however, he will be experimenting with the matzo ball recipe as these disintegrated into the soup.

we went to the Costco and I loved the doctor = she was very thorough

I haven't had a new pair of glasses since shortly after I finished my cancer treatments three years ago and was quite surprised to learn that my eyesight has actually improved !

I was also pleasantly surprised by the prices my new spectacles with progressive lenses,with anti-reflective coating and a titanium frame cost less than half of what I paid for my last pair three years ago

then we wandered around doing Christmas and dinner shopping and enjoying samples ----

the maple walnut coffee cake was magnificent!

Since the Vixter and I are hosting coffee hour tomorrow morning we stocked up on some mini red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and mini Cinnamon rolls with icing and mini brownie bites as well as one of those maple walnut coffee cakes
