Oh, yes.  I nearly forgot.  I also watched Hitchcock's delightful "The Trouble With Harry" on DVD this past Saturday afternoon.

I love this movie as much as any Hitch ever did.  It's gorgeous to watch and the performances are as dry and delightful as any ever recorded.

Next in is Travis Walters.  Travis played Young Louis, and had appeared on Broadway in the Paul Newman OUR TOWN.

Followed by Jonathan Richard Sandler, the blond in STARFIGHTER that DR Jason was all agog about.

We had a crappy, crappy mail delivery today.  Thursday's was the worst in recent memory, topped only by today's.

It's like the USPS took an early holiday last week and now cannot catch up in a timely manner.

I was expecting some priority mail last Thursday.  It is now Monday and it still hasn't arrived.  More money wasted on USPS "promises" of 2- to 3-day delivery.

TTWH is a great movie to watch in the fall--the trees are in full autumnal colors.

I've had a great day today!  I had a good meeting in the morning, I spent some time with DRJoey, I got some good things in the post, thanks to DRRonPulliam I didn't send HHW into Cinerama hell, and I just got tickets for me and goddaughter Charlotte to see HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE on Saturday night.

I'm stopping while I'm still ahead; my horoscope promises hell and aggravation for the next three weeks.

It took a while to catch up today. I've got to take a break!!!

Had a good day at work, the prosecutor surrendered on the trial I've been getting ready for and dismissed the case.  Nothing like winning without a fight

All the NYCers out there.

Is Chitty Chitty Bang Bang worth going to see and is most of the original cast still with it?

Light in the Plaza I don't know anything about the story and I am not in love but more like in like with Adam Guettel's work. Should I?

In My Life
Is  it really a traffic accident and do I want to say that 20 years from now I actually saw the show? I can't say that about Suzanne Somers though

Anything off-broadway to suggest?

My list to see

Avenue Q
Souvenir (I love Judy Kaye)
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels

Well...I wouldn't have believed it if it hadn't happened to me.

When I went to pick up my car, the AAMCO manager said, "Mr. Pulliam, I know I gave you a written quote on Friday, but when we got your car on the rack, there was much, much, much...MUCH.....LESS...that we needed to do to fix the problem than we at first thought."

Accordingly, the bill was much, much, much...MUCH....LESS...than I had anticipated...about $1,075.00 less than the quote.

Nothing like this has ever happened to me ever in any encounter with anyone -- mechanics, plumbers, electricians, etc.  Just NEVER happens.

I went to AAMCO...remember that for your transmission woes.

Well, I'm not a NYCer but I did see CCBB back in October.  I liked it.  Could have done without having that light hit that poor old lady in the head (has anyone heard anything about what happened with that?) but I would go see  it again.

DR Ron, I have a very stong belief that I have a word tattooed to my forehead.  No one can see that word except for mechanics, plumbers, electricians, etc and that word is: SUCKER!!!

You are very, very, very lucky!!!  Congrats!

Can you do research at the Museum of Broadcasting like at the Billy Rose Theater Collection at Lincoln Center

DRMichaelShayne, it's an absolutely stunning production and quite beautiful.  I would recommend it highly, and I'm ambivalent about the score as well.

I haven't been there in years, but outside of the catalogs, I don't believe so.  DRMBarnum might know more since he was there on his visit.

I thought PIAZZA was thrilling. I loved it and highly recommend it.

If you have something else to do - like pick your toenails or clean out your belly button - I'd skip IN MY LIFE. It's bad, but it's not CARRIE bad. Close, but no songs about periods.

I found SHITTY SHITTY BANG BANG to be boring, though it is visually pretty incredible. There again, I didn't like the movie version, either. I do believe the entire original cast is still in the show...
