Mr. Weinberg also wrote an opera that sounds interesting - on YouTube, but the sound is very low. So, it's on Blu-ray and it's now on its way to me. Very addictive music.

I called Brick Run, and the approval has not come through, so I called my HMO and spoke to a nice lady in Referrals. Hopefully things will get moving.

Here's something I don't understand:

Why is DR Elmore's (for instance) physical therapy seem to be dealt out in such tiny increments? It sounds like one has to go back to the HMO, hat in hand, begging for a few more morsels after what seems like more of an introductory period than something that needs to happen for a while in order to do what it's supposed to do.

And then the delays in getting it through, even after approved, are something else. What in the serious F? Do we not live in an electronic age in which someone can press "approved" and "send" and the thing is implemented?

Eleven degrees.....high today is expected to be 24 degrees - maybe....and down to Nine Degrees over night.

But no additional snow.

The lady on TV says that she is a mother and wife and she is also a career gal - she is a model, and entrepreneur, and an actress....so she is glad she has the Total Home Gym so she can keep in shape.....
