It is beginning to become a habit. A hamburger and potato salad for lunch.**

And how are you feeling today, elmore?
And how are you feeling today, elmore?
I'm having some good days with my leg. It may have been the therapy, or it may be the gelatin I'm taking, but many of the pains have vanished and I am sleeping better. I'm cautious about the whole situation but pleased at the change.

I hope Jane got some sleep.
DR Jane, they do have veggie burgers (on request) at the outdoor grill.

Jrand, that is very considerate of them to schedule things that way. Sounds like a style that could make for a happy company.
I've pulled down vintage sheet music copies of two of the period songs needed for ACT ONE, but I'm having trouble identifying "I'll Be Loving Always". I've asked the director for specifics, but does anyone recognize that as an early 20th century song title?

Irving Berlin's song Always? I'll Be Loving You, Always. With a love that's true, Always.

What happened to dear reader George? Unusual for him not to show up late. Hope all is okay.

This is excellent news. I did not know that about gelatin. I remember it was supposed to be good for hair and nails. I usually avoid foods with it because it is made from animal products.
Good morning, Ron!

It's Irving Berlin, "Always": I'll be loving you Always!
Me too DR ELMORE - but we at least showed our vast musical knowledge......I had forgotten it was featured in BLITHE SPIRIT......strange that Coward didn't use one of his songs or write one of his own for the show......
Hi George.
What happened to dear reader George? Unusual for him not to show up late. Hope all is okay.
I have the HIGH SPIRITS LP, but I never listened to it. I liked the photographs on the cover and inside......I think I got it new for $1.00 at the drug store with all the Cut Out stamps on it.
I remember buying one that was the music from MAME and FIDDLER ON THE ROOF.
Hi George.
Hi, Jane! Sorry I missed you.
Joshie called. He's coming over to advise me on this DVD player.

I'm really enjoying the posts of the LA revue,BK, and of TCB's cruise.
The scuttlebutt on board the ship is that a passenger is suffering a medical emergency. Supposedly, we are now hauling ass to reach the Azores as early as possible tomorrow morning

Hopefully, the passenger gets help in time! My former supervisor and her husband used to take month-long cruises every May (before she retired). She said that it was not unusual to find out at the end of just about every cruise that at least one person had died. :-\
And now for something completely different.
And where do our 5 Guests reside?
Two things that are completely wonderful:
Please watch the video of this dad and his daughter singing "Tonight You Belong To Me" (http://www.wimp.com/father-and-four-year-old-daughter-sing-billy-roses-tonight-you-belong-to-me/?utm_source=facebook.com&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=video/) written by Billy Rose and featured in "The Jerk" starring Steve Martin.
And then this video of a dad and his daughter singing "Part of Your World" (http://www.wimp.com/3-year-old-covers-iconic-song-from-the-little-mermaid/?utm_source=facebook.com&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=video/) from "The Little Mermaid".

Loved both of them! Thanks, DR Ron Pulliam!

That is very sweet of him.
I pray that is not anything critical.
My favorite find in the $1 bin was the fold-out LP of the film THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE.
Sorry, I can't even think about this.

I've been listening, off and on, to Burt Reynolds read his autobiography, But Enough About Me. It's hard at times because his voice is frail and he really gets choked up as he tells his stories.
He's got some good memories, though, of everyone from Spencer Tracy to Bette Davis to Orson Welles to Madeleine Kahn.
A young woman who took tap from my teacher is now on Broadway in the new Shuffle Along production with Audra, Billy Porter and Brian Stokes Mitchell. Karissa's part of this story, which ran on CBS Sunday Morning:

I have seen this cool car. It seems very small and expensive.
