Good morning all!

I'm sorry I missed wishing DR Jane's DH Keith a very happy birthday on his special day.  I hope belated good wishes will do!

Happy Birthday to DR Sandra!  I shall also attempt to honor you with a Cherry Coke when I go out grocery shopping this afternoon.

Thank you all for the vibes for my Mother and myself.

I dont want this to come across sounding mean but having already been through one Hospice horror experence in our life neither my Mom or myself wish to have anything to do with those most "helpful  ::)" people.

I can take care of us both.  Everything may not get done exactly but it does get done.  I do thank you for the thought.  :)

I'm up, I'm up.  I think I feel a bit better today.  Have already shaved, and now must shower and do my hair so that I look well coifed and spiffy, not necessarily in that order.

Hello, Danise!  I hope you're feeling better!

Thank you!  I had a good rest last night so I do feel pretty good.  It's getting better every day.   :D

I love the dog pictures.

And now I'm going to head down now and clean off my front porce. The rain has stopped momentarily, and I'm sure it's just a mess.

I've been Tivoing (is that a word?) the Errol Flynn movies that have been coming on early in the mornings.  The best part is they have no commercials!  I want to transfer them over to DVD when I get the chance.

I'm suprised that my Tivo isn't full by now.

Right now my mother is preparing a lovely brunch and then I am going to ride to the airport with her.  Then as she is making her way back to California, I will make my way to the library and get some work done on my final paper.  Then Rodzinski and I will attend Lestat.

Tuesday is my last day of school, of my last semester in graduate school.  I have 2 papers that are due.  One is done and just needs a little revision and a bibliography.  The other, um, well, I haven't really started it yet.  I've found and read some research articles that will be included, but no actual writing has taken place yet.  I am confident that tomorrow will be a day of inspired writing.

Not too many customers yet today at the World of Wisdom, although there are people who want to know if the price printed on the back of the book is the ACTUAL price....

I wonder if DR CP will let us know if he liked the production of CINDERELLA he was going to see?

The problem with the Honnibal story is that no mention is made of what the guy looks like.

The other problem with it is that my sister lives in Berkeley.  :o

HMMMM TOD:

for actors Derek Jacobi, Johnny Depp, Kenneth Bragnah and John Cusak all immediately come to mind for actresses it would have been katherine Hepburn were she still with us, but as she is not Dame Judi Dench, Dame Julie Andrews,  Meryl Streep and Angela Lansbury are the first ones that come to mind.

They would of course all be individual dinners, one of one not grpup deals  and I couldn;t care less where  it was or whether there was food as I would just like to sit and listen and let them talk for hours about how they approach roles and create characters and all those wonderful ancedotes they must all have to tell!!

Voice Vibes requested for the Vixter at 2:30 PM EST.  She is singing Schuman's Thou Art A Tender Blossom  in the original German, for a state adjudicator at that time.

Unfortunately the weather has given her a bit of a sinus issue as well and she is very nasal.  Warm salt water gargeling has been going on ......

I'd have lunch with Simon Russell Beale at the Ivy in London.  And just talk to him about his work.

Well I am off. Housework beckons.... ah to have a "She of the Evil Eye" here, I could stand any amount of evil eyed stares if it meant I didn't have to do the dusting, vaccuming and assorted other tasks that now loom before me.... blech!

Of today's working actors I would like to have lunch with Bollywood great Dara Singh and straight-to-dvd star Matt Battaglia and NY actor Brian Darcy-James.

Actresses: Maureen O'Hara would be fun (I think she is still working) and Bollywood legend Helen.
