Hey, I'm just as much a Doctor Who fan!!!  How else would I know that the graphic is a homage to the 140th story, Mark of the Rani, huh?  Strange, what you can find in a TARDIS!

 :o

 :-*

I have to admit that I didn't know the specific reference, I just recognized that it was the Tardis. ::)

I'm getting my new carpet installed tomorrow!!  The installers just called and had a time slot available between 12 and 2 p.m....hopefully it'll be sooner, rather than later.  We'll see. :D

Thank you, DR Adriana Patti!  Your new avatar is lovely.

I'm back from the craft & talent auction.  My coffee cakes sold for $8 apiece.  I bought some homemade turtles, some pretzels covered in white chocolate (DS Rob's favorites), an empty pie pan with a promise for a homemade apple pie (DH Richard's favorite), some hand made holiday greeting cards, and a packet of nearly-new gift bags.  That last item is always provided by one of the members who's the owner and lead teacher in a local nursery school.  She receives hundreds of presents each year and carefully recycles the gift bags as an auction item.  I bought a set of 6 assorted sizes for $8.

Each choreographer has their classic signature move. And now Kimmel joins the group. With the Planet X hand move.

I'm now leaving work and going home.  My sister and niece are coming over so that we can empty out my living room of everything in preparation of the carpet getting installed tomorrow.  Later!

Thanks Ginny.  I took a hot bath and got out the heat pad.  I'm slowly feeling better.

The evening is calm.  My chores are done.

I'm bidin' my time now till Wednesday evening's flight back to the east coast (So. Car.).

I feel all tingly for having accomplished all I need to get done.

(I just KNOW I've forgotten something or someone).

I sure hope she didn't use the heat pad in the hot bath!

Otherwise, her hair is going to be very difficult to manage for awhile!

I'm just now getting home from the OLIVER! auditions. They really should have had a separate night for kids or perhaps done them in the late afternoon.

Anyway, attempt #3 at Fagin is now history. Time will tell what might happen.
