I'm not sure if anybody answered this, but THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA will be on many PBS stations live this Thursday june 15 at 9pm (till 11:30pm). Eastern. Not sure what happens on the West Coast.

If you're not sure if your pbs station is showing it, just go to pbs.org and plug in your local station. And it will give you the schedule. I know here, one of my pbs stations is showing it, while the other isn't.

However, i've heard that some pbs stations are showing it, but not live (i've heard on sunday june 18). So perhaps just check a few dates if you don't see it at first.

I wish they would turn off that Light in the Piazza!
It keeps me awake! ;)

Oh, you poor baby!  For the past couple of weeks, I've been getting up at dawn, in order to get to work on time.  (They've discovered I'm good at taking care of the early chores, like restocking the milk in the front chill chest, taking the trash to the compactor, that sort of thing.  They've even started making "Honeydew" lists, in anticipation of my arrival.)

I'm a wimp...and I know it. ;) (a Romanovsky and Phillips reference)

Is anyone from the West Coast going to watch the Tonys live on the net?

Is the whole awards show going to be available over the Internet?  I thought that it was just the pre-show stuff that was going to be webcast.

Hello, all!  I'm back from Charlotte's dance recital, and she's off to the Tony Awards and thrilled about it.  The recital was way toooo long, but there were some wonderful moments.  I got back to find a phone message about a job! Of course, I may not like the show, or they may not like me, but it may all work out fine.  We'll see when we talk tonight or tomorrow.

I just had a phone call from DR Ginny in a car just outside Normal, IL.  She asked about all of you and sent her wishes for a successful Tony Partay!  By the time we got off the phone, she was back to Normal.

Keep those vibes coming!

I'm not crazy about the soprano, who's got a career going well, but I like the chamber orchestra and the medleys from the various shows, published for commercial usage, are quite wonderful.  There are three recordings in that Herbert series.

Merci for the "feedback"! I see that the soprano only sings one song!

Vibes to you, your dad and the whole family!

Well, here we know that Audrey Tautou won for Da Vinci Code the Musical, with music by Elton John.

GLADIATOR won best costumes, that should make DR MBarnum happy!

Ooops..... I should have mentioned SPOILERS!

Oh la la! :o :D

I'm trying to watch it, too--but the video is very choppy.  The audio is clear as a bell (as clear as a bell coming over the internet, that is.)

I am so exicted about the Tony Awards tonight.  I don't have a lot of favorites, but I am keeping my fingers crossed for BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN -- THE MUSICAL.
