A good night for most of the IDOL contestants. They were singing songs they felt comfortable with and there really weren't any horrible performances in the bunch. (Of course, all of the best singers are left, so that's not surprising).
I really was rather impressed with Scott performance tonight because he ACTUALLY GAVE ONE. He didn't just stand there and weave side to side but actually got into the lyrics and rocked it. Then, fool that he was, he ruined it all by arguing with simon over his performance and proclaiming how millions of people in America couldn't stand before a live camera and do what he just did. True, but stupid to show such hubris. He'll be going home, I'm predicting.
I didn't like Nadia's song much at all, and she didn't do anything with it, so I suspect she may be back in the bottom three as well along with Anthony who sang VERY well, with much power and control, but I just don't think he can play with the big boys any more.
As for busy signals, the busiest lines were Constantine, Carrie, and (surprise) Anwar!
