Oh my - another actor gone!

Who will be Number Three?

Dick Tufeld, voice of 'Lost in Space" robot, dies.

I mentioned Bill Mummy yesterday & Craig didn't know who he was or the show.  I then said "Danger Will Robinson" and he knew. :)

Well, I'm off to rehearsal...and I'm hungry, so I'll have to get something before I get to rehearsal.  I wonder what I'll get.

;)

Until later!

Thank you all for the good vibes.  My friend Betzy is bringing me some cranberry juice, and then I can go to bed.

I had a great time at Jersey Boys earlier today. I hadn't seen the show since it opened five years ago, and I have to say that it's in really good shape. It truly is well-oiled machine - in the good sense.

After the show, I was able to catch up with Matt Bogart, who's currently playing Nick Massi. I also got to catch up with Dominic Scaglione, Jr., who's the "matinee Frankie". A few years ago, a producer asked me to help Dominic out with some coachings. Nice to know he's doing well. :)

And now I'm watching "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street" on TCM. It's another "Angela Lansbury Wednesday".

And speaking of "Smash"...

I think it may have been mentioned on one of the chat boards, but it turns out that Debra Messing is now involved with one of her "Smash" co-stars. Alas, it appears they both left their current significant others in the process. :-\

Nicol Williamson has died. I know he could be a drunken lout and a dangerous one at that, but I always enjoyed him as Sherlock in "The 7% Solution" and in "Robin and Marian."

He was Sherlock in Robin and Marian?  ;)  Robin and Marian must have been much, much older than I remembered them being.  :)
He was Little John.

Last night was a night from Hell.  First of all, the gusty breezes we were expecting turned into a powerful wind storm.  And although the storm was expected to end by midnight, but it continued at full force until after three this morning.

In addition to the weather, I came down with what I guess is a bout of stomach flu.  Not a fun thing to have when you can't walk, let alone run to the bathroom.  I hadn't even thought that it might be the flu until I talked to my sister this morning, and she was telling me justabout everybody she knows has had this stomach virus in the last week.  Terrific.

Not only do I feel like crap, but I had to cancel my appointment with the MRSA doctor.  There was just no way I could risk driving down there and sitting around the waiting room.

DR TCB, I am so sorry to hear this!
