I just tried the Marie Callender CHicken Alfredo Bowl for dinner.

I give it 4 of 5 stars.

440 calories.....enough for dinner......microwaved in 6 minutes.....a bit chalky - but NO cleanup and no delivery fees.

I especially recommend it to fans of the Masie Dobbs books.

In revenge, after too many people took my posts regarding Keith's side effects seriously, he put this under my FB that I have been vaccinated.

"Keith here. I've decided to return the favor and chronicle Jane's brush with eternity as her immune system battles the Moderna spike protein. Currently, she's demonstrating fatigue and bossiness. So, no change really. I'll keep posting as long as I can; perhaps another five minutes before she hides my keyboard."
