Where did you find INTERLUDE?  Frances Bergen is also in that movie....showing us exactly where Candace got her pretty face.

It is a region 2 set from Germany which also contains ALL I DESIRE and THERE'S ALWAYS TOMORROW.

Boy, it's still very cold outside. I'll be bundling up a great deal to drive to the Christmas dinner party and will need it even more when I come home later in the evening.

Hello, everyone.
A very busy day here, much to do. A very COLD day, too--BRRRR!!!! Not as bad as the midwest, though.

I spent most of the afternoon watching (in its entirety finally) P.S. I LOVE YOU. OK, I admit it: I'm a sentimental old fool. This is the kind of romantic comedy-drama I'm a total sucker for, and despite Ms. Hillary Swank (whom I usually only moderately like), I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. Has lots of fabulous people in it: Lisa Kudrow, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Kathy Bates, Gina Gershon, James Marsters, Dean Winters, and, as the romantic lead, Gerard Butler at his sexiest.

Bruce, Gmail has a feature where it will pick up another one of your email addresses. I've never used it, but I assume that the messages go right into Gmail.  Anyone here used this?

I did have time to skim through today's AS THE WORLD TURNS. Lots of Luke, Noah, and Brian, and more tomorrow.

Later today I shall watch my FALL OF THE ROMAN EMPIRE 3-disc set purchased from Oldies.com (but now sold out) for the grand price of $4.98.

Samuel Bronston's son wrote me several extremely nice emails after I reviewed this, telling me I was one of the few who seemed to "get" what his father was trying to do in the film.  He has a little e-group of people associated with this film and other Bronston productions, including Rozsa's daughter, which he invited me into, but I was uncharacteristically reticent.  :)

Any idea when they're going to release the other 2 Bronson films, 55 DAYS AT PEKING and CIRCUS WORLD?

My problem with ROMAN EMPIRE was that it's too slow.

DR MBarnum, I see you have a garage back there. Why isn't your car in it?

Here is the alley that runs behind my neighborhood, and where Dog Bosco and I usually begin our walks.

DR Matth, I don't have an an electric garage door and it is a pain in the neck to unlock it then get the car our then get out again and lock the door. Some day I will have an automatic garage door installed.

You are right DR JRand, that movie was not so hot...I will burn it to DVDr in the event that I someday locate Ron Foster for an interview (he is listed with SAG, but has not contact listing...meaning he has no agent and they won't give me his phone number).

DR Druxy or BK, do you have any pull at SAG!!!

If SAG won't give it to you via "Agency/Contact," the only way you can get it is to break into the building late at night and go through their files.

I think Dr Beverly Hills 90210 had the MOST pull at SAG.

DRMBARNUM thanks for the lovely card with artwork by Claudia Barrett (maybe DR DRUXY can let everyone know who she is) and the movie!

How would I know who she is?

Claudia Barrett is from ROBOT MONSTER...I think JRAnd might be confusing that film with THE ASTRO ZOMBIES.

If Ron Foster weren't such a common name I could likely find him at Peopledata.com or one of those other sights...but there seem to be hundreds of Southern Californians by that name   :P

Hey!  What do you mean "YOU GUYS"?!  LOL.

I think DR JMK said that both PEKING and CIRCUS were forthcoming in a comment a couple of pages back.  I asked the same thing.

I thought maybe Claudia was a client.....although after ROBOT MONSTER I would guess a publicist wouldn't have been necessary.
