Do you think you could interest them in performing on an upcoming recording? What's being worked on is a reunion at next December's Kritzerland at the Gardenia Christmas show, where they'd sing Turkey Lurkey.

LOL, Bruce! I find it fun that when people stay away for months or years they're greeted with a king's welcome, but miss a day and a half, well you know what I mean.
DR George, that was very interesting about your Uncle. Glad your family now knows what became of him.
This is what I awoke to - I couldn't have asked for a nicer start to the morning. Since it contains a reference to FJL perhaps he'll post this link on his home away from here, All That Chat.http://dctheatrescene.com/2011/01/05/the-second-career-of-bruce-kimmel/
Yes loved reading the articles and looking at the pictures DR GEORGE posted last night......maybe that is where you got your artistic gene.
I'm up again. I got three more hours of sleep, so I guess that means a total of about six.
We just had thirty-one GUESTS in here. The years 2004 and 2005 were very popular with said GUESTS.
Weird day, huh?
Good morning, all! For those who got all fraught last night about Jill Haworth's death, here is today's NY TIMES obit:http://www.nytimes.com/2011/01/05/theater/05haworth.html?_r=1

CABARET was my first Broadway show when my mother and I visited NYC in the summer of 1967. We saw the original cast and waited at the stage door afterwards. Jill's is the only one of the 5 principals whose autograph I don't have on my program book because we didn't recognize her (short black hair onstage, long blond off) until she was halfway down the block and turned around and shouted "G'night, Loves!" in her raspy Sally Bowles voice.Having seen her performance, it took me a long time to warm up to Liza's take on the role...
