And since I had the VCR all warmed up and working, I put in the videotape of LOVELY TO LOOK AT since I messed up the DVD this week I was going to make of the movie. Enjoyed seeing it as always.

Thank you, one and all, for the good vibes.

I probably should finally explain what the kids next door and a few other good friends already know.

For the second time in my young thirty-eight (Oh, Okay) fifty-five years, I am going to have my left hip replaced.  I see the surgeon next Thrusday, and will probably schedule the operation for sometime in early May.

Since this is a replacement, the surgery will be more evasive, and more painful (whoopee).   That means I will be off work for about six to eight weeks.  The good news is that I will be able to post during the daytime hours for the majority of my recovery.

DR TCB - We Hainsies and Kimlets will be here to keep you company during your recovery!  Best vibes for a reassuring visit with the surgeon next week.

Shayne, it was a high school show, so you're not missing any credits.  It's mentioned at length, in fact, in Kritzer Time.

Oh, my! What an ordeal! The second time!

The best to you during that trial, DR TCB! Hope you get male nurses (A Cchorus line of them!) to take care of your "mal"!

Ben - I'm so sorry for your pain. Sometimes, though, if you don't take enough quiet time, your body will do strange things to force quiet time upon you...

TCB - second one, huh? Wow. And you're my age... It's a miracle that they can just go in and put another hip inside... a younger cousin of mine was so crippled by the time he was 40, that he had both hips replaced, and finally could walk and sit and lie down without pain for the first time in years. That's what I wish for you - that they get it SO RIGHT that you'll feel better than you knew was possible. How else will it be possible for you to dance for joy???

BJ the Bear takes part in Today's Easter Egg hunt.

On the first day of Eater my true love gave to me:

Three stone doves,

Three purple eggs,

And a bear near a geranium pot! ;)
