Thanks for posting that! There's been very little on FB about last night's concert. Skip and I had a falling out in 2012, so I no longer see his posts.

The parakeets were completely indifferent to Giselle Mackenzie.

However they love Gale Storm -- they are singing along with enthusiasm.

Sorry to hear that Lappert’s ice cream wasn’t as great as I remember it.

I always ordered their Kauai Pie ice cream.

Or Coconut Macadamia Nut Fudge.

It was the most delicious ice cream I had ever tasted.

My favorite place to stay was the Hanalei Colony Resort.

On the ocean, each with a lanai and kitchen.

And NO televisions or telephones. Heavenly.

I had the Kauai Pie. They used a not very good fudge in it. The other scoop, Kona coffee, was not frozen when scooped, so it was a bit of a mess and a miss to start with. But I will live to est more ice cream.
