I've decided my dinner will be a bowl of Special K with 1% milk.

Possibly, we have room for a "Ya seen me when I done it" moment from "Ziegfeld Girl":

Yes, it all worked out.  Nothing too large sending the page into CinemaScope, VistaVision, Camera 65, Todd-AO or Cinerama.

I'm gathering you don't mean the film on DVD or its soundtrack, but rather the cast album.

I am awaiting my copy of this album.

I'm being naughty today...and ubiquitous.

Yes, ubiquitous was my goal.

And I've nearly done it, I think.

How did you go from "chili with/on spaghetti" to "injecting grease into your veins"?!?!?!?

-And I would have the pizza for dinner, and a half bowl of Special K with 1% milk for dessert.

I believe the choice was spaghetti mixed into the chili along with a grilled cheese sammitch. This had followed the notion of chicken soup with a peanut butter sandwich for dunking.

I thought it might be simpler just to have the grease IV'ed directly into the blood stream.  Saves time, obstructs the arteries more efficiently and faster, and may be less caloric.

You may blame it on my feeling a bit bloated today from all the food suggestions.

Are we in a good mood?

Well... I guess so.

Two more packages shipped - DR Jason - I sent the "extra" to you for your friend, as well as another "extra" just for you.  ;)

I decided to have dinner at Baja Fresh.  That Chipotle Glazed Grilled Chicken Salad sure is tasty!

And I got two loads of laundry done today too - clean clothes for the week!

Does all of that qualify as "happy"?

I hope you are happy.  It certainly sounds like a good mood, though.  The dinner idea sounds wonderful

I just wish the chicken tortilla soup (I had it for lunch) would stop repeating on me.

Yep.  Heartburn.

I think pizza for dinner is out the window tonight.

Time for a Zantac.

The cereal is looking pretty good right now.

Actually, I'd like a nice fruit salad for dinner.

I have some canned fruit in the refrigerator, so that may be an alternative for me.

Well...

By injecting the grease into your veins, you would end up not "taking advantage" of the protein in the meat and beans (in the chili); the fiber from the beans (in the chili); the protein in the cheese (in the sammitch); the calcium in the cheese (in the sammitch); the protein in the peanut butter (sammitch); the good oils in the peanut butter (sammitch); the general curative nature of chicken soup...

But, most importantly, you would deprive yourself of the physical and psychological pleasure of eating and dunking.

*And just remember, that most traditional recipes for the most common dim sum call for pork fat, although, some places end up using hydrogenated vegetable shortening.  And don't forget the high fructose corn syrup used to sweeten most commercially available duck and sweet and sour sauces.

Uh- huh!

Thanks.

You might try suggesting a brain wash for the curative effects from the fatty foods imagery I've been getting from this here forum, too.
