To answer your question, Vixmom, I like hot chili, but I made it medium yesterday. I only used ground beef and pork, onion, garlic, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper and a few other spices to make it richer.

I like the Cincinnati chili style of building the chili afterwards, so you can add beans, cheese or a starch (pasta, rice, corn chips) and raw onion if you want.

I've checked out the current dogs for adoption, and looked over the animals that were taken in by the NYC ACC yesterday. I've taken my morning meds, and I'm fighting the urge to go back to bed.

So tonight is the Oscars? I can honestly say I’m not all that interested in watching this time. I know I will, of course, but I won’t be here to partay until late in the show because we’ll be out celebrating Kristi’s birthday.

Yes, it was an indoor water park and they very much enjoyed it all: the hotel accommodations, food, and fun.
