Watched two episodes of The Sopranos and am viewed out.  I think I'll look over what I wrote yesterday and today, make sure I'm happy, make fixes if need be, and get ready to print out those pages for muse Margaret.

I was skinnier then.  It's time to start working out again.  My skinny clothes are getting tight and all my fat clothes were given to charity

Tonight's performance of FINIAN'S RAINBOW was amazing. Three numbers stopped the show completely - "The Begat," "If This Isn't Love," and "Necessity" - the house was packed and the audience laughed, cheered and carried on as if we were the biggiest hit in town. I'm sure some of them are fans returning but if we'd had houses like this three months ago, I bet we would not be closing tomorrow. Cheyenne was out; something involving his flight from Palm Springs this morning, and Brian Sears, his understudy, went on for both performances today. He was absolutely wonderful and I'm so happy I got a chance to see him do the role. I sat on the stairs and wept through most of the performance; I am so proud of this amazing show and cast and devastated that, given the great reviews, we can't sell tickets.

Tripp the stage manager held an advance copy of the new cast recording for me, and i got to introduce my friends after the show to most of the cast.

Took a hot shower, did some revising, and closed the Word document.  The year I'm in, 1974, is going to go pretty quickly.  But the next year, 1975, one of the best in my entire life, will comprise quite a large chunk of the book.

When does SOUTHLAND start on TNT?  Isn't it this month?

Last Tuesday!

The new ones haven't started yet.  They're first showing the previous NBC episodes...which I'm recording for a friend of mine.

Today, I went to work for four hours then went with a friend and her daughter to see "It's Complicated."  It was quite enjoyable.  Meryl Streep and Alec Baldwin are both very good.  John Krasinski (who is on "The Office") plays the fiance of Meryl's oldest daughter.  He's very funny.

Topic of the Day:  I don't think I've had "real" barbecue.  I've had some good (and not so good) barbecue sauce, but pulled pork or stuff like that just doesn't appeal to me.
