Good morning, all! Another day of Jury Duty, and I hope that it's all over by this afternoon. There was very little going on in the courts yesterday: only one pulling of jurors for a
voir dire, so it may be more frenzied today. I also believe the next round of jurors comes in tomorrow, so with that influx my group may be dismissed. We'll see.
Last night, after I got back, I sorted through the mail, set aside the NEW YORK magazine to take with me today, unpacked my new Kurt Weill Edition . . .

and watched a couple of episodes from POPULAR, a series I somehow managed to miss in 1999.
During my ordeal with the Court System, I had two phone calls from Mr Ron Raines and Mr Kevin Spirtas, who's currently in Manhattan, and I hope that I will get to visit with him before he returns to LA.
TOD: Shredded Wheat, of all things, Cheerios, Wheaties, and Fruit Loops. Since my mother was passive-aggressive in her concept of life, we needed cereal around in case she forgot to cook, shop, or get out of bed. Shredded Wheat without milk is grisly, let me tell you.
