So... After getting out of bed around 12:20pm... ;)

I've been watching and re-watching some stuff on the DVR from the past week.  A truly lazy afternoon.

While HHW was down, I took my computer apart, dusted my desk, and rearranged a bit so I can face the computer and the TV at the same time Getting ready for surgery recuperation and our Tony partay...

Are we STILL on page three?  I'm on my way to drop off a Nudie Musical DVD for Beth Malone.  And to print out the script.

I'm surprised that no one's mentioned Thelma Ritter.  I also really like (these have all been mentioned already):

Bernard Fox
Kathleen Freeman
George Furth
Marjorie Main
Kay Medford
Karen Morrow
Liz Torres

Okay, it's one thing for the site to be down, it's something wholly other for there to be no people here at 1:40 in the afternoon.  This will NOT do, and there will be a bitch-slapping to remember if this does not stop here and now and also now and here.

Did errands, dropped off Nudie Musical to Beth, shipped packages and am now awaiting the Handy Man to fix this damn electrical problem once and for all.

And then everyone will sheepishly come back and say "I was busy, I was this, I was that" and we will laugh and laugh and just when we think we can laugh no more we will laugh again.

I don't remember Brent in that movie.

Well, you might want to check it out because they have a major kiss in the film.

I began watching NUMBERS while I was cooking lunch and realized that it wasn't from this season at all but an episode from last season which I had watched just a month or so ago in the box set. So, I immediately deleted it.

Next, I finished watching THE FUGITIVE episode which I had started yesterday. It featured Diana Hyland as a young mother with a five month old baby. Turns out, she is deranged and had kidnapped the baby from its real mother. Without realizing it, Kimble had helped her. Really good episode. Royal Dano was another guest star.

I watched a second FUGITIVE episode, this one featuring a VERY young Kurt Russell playing, of all people, the son of Kimble's arch enemy Lieutenant Gerard! Wonderful episode.

In an early scene Russell is talking about his football trading cards saying he had just gotten a Jim Brown card and Kimble says, "But you don't have a Johnny Unitas. You can't have a good collection without Johnny Unitas." I wonder how many people watching this sets will remember those names from football yesteryear. They were both superstars in their day. Do people still remember them?

I do have a question for computer Mavens out there.

No matter what browser I use: IE, Mozilla or Safira I am having problems with IMDB. It is the only site I have this problem with.

I cannot see any of the photos associated with this site.

anyone have any ideas why?

I'm going to do some computer maintenance myself and then head down to get ready for the dinner party I'm attending later.
