I will be seeing Equus this evening. The line at TKTS was rather long. I joined the line at 2pm. They don't begin selling tickets for the evening until 3pm so I was in for an hour long wait but it went quickly as I listened to two girlfriends tell stories about growing up as they stood with their gay couple friend (who had been together 13 years as they told their girlfriends). Once the line begin moving it went very quickly and I was out of line by 3:10. This was the full line and not the Play Only line. If I had been on the Play Only line I probably would have been out by 3:05. That's 5 minutes of my life I'll never get back

Wow! I wouldn't mind going to the Ray Courts Show in October.  There are a lot of "stars" there that I would like to see.  I would love to chat with Linda Evans, again, to see if she actually has sold her house up here.  I haven't seen her around town for a couple of years.

The Vixter was complaining about her toe hurting after socer practice andit looked a bit pink but we figured se just kicked a ball wrong.. the next day it was red and swollen  so yesterday we took the toe (still attached to the rest of the girl) off to the doctor for a looksee  


OH! Dr Kathy said, that's a nasty infection take these here anitbiotics and soak it in epson salts

and if a red line starts to strecth up from the toe  go immediately to the ER


(I of course had dreams allnight about  doctors wanting to remoe the Vixter's leg... I must stop watching those HOUSE reruns before bed)


after 4 pills and numerous soaks the toe is looking much better and she can walk on it without pain

I don;t think I qualify as an overanxious mom, but HOUSE just had a show where the teenage daughter came in for  a sport injury and turned out to have bone cancer and was losing the leg - stupid overactive imagination decided to kick in at bedtime!!
