There are only the 5 of us who deal with loans that are going in and the others sit on the other side of the building.  The rest deal with litigation/bankruptcy/foreclosure etc and the courts are closed

Do you think you'll be able to continue working?

I hope so.   For one thing my social security payments will be calculated based on my income and these last few years I need to keep my income as high as possible

She's reading a novel in German that she pulled out of her collection, something she hadn't read for 60+ years.

I really enjoyed In My Mind's Eye. The woman who played the mother looks like a friend of mine. She was able to navigate all of those emotions quite quickly and effectively.

I didn't think of it that way.  Major Pettigrew begins with a death, however, it has humor, growth, warmth, and ultimately is a feel good book.

There is still hope for Nate 'n Al's.
