DR TD - on Sunday on PAX (I think) at 4 p.m. or so they are doing that type of wrestling in some kind of league.  It is NOT the WWE type of pro wrestling, but college type stuff - it is interesting to watch.

DR MS - there is a NEW reality type show coming up that is about Ballroom Dancing, that puts "celebrities" with professional ballroom dancers and the compete as couples in the different disciplines...CBS maybe.....

DR RODZINSKI thanks for the Recording Session update.

How interesting that Finding Namo happened to be at the Awards show last night.  It must have come as quite a surprise to see MR BK sitting across the aisle!  LOL

Not just that Spector would think the hair looks good, but that he would not realize how crazy it makes him look for his court case!

What's the story of Finding Namo? An enemy of the site? A spy for those who cannot be named? General no-goodnik?

I love going to sporting events (especially major league baseball, the NFL or the NHL).  I also adore the Olympics.  At times i have been very into sports on tv.  But I find I can only do this if I have a team to root for.

I am a full-fledged football fanatic.  A far more complex game than many give it credit for.  I will watch absolutely any NFL game, regardless of who may be playing (and never miss a Seattle Seahawks game, painful as they may be).  I follow college football, but usually only watch games involving Northwest teams.  For basketball, I'm most always aware of how teams are faring, but don't pay a whole lot of attention beyond Seattle, and don't watch much at all until the playoffs.  College basketball starts at tournament time for me.  Baseball is much the same as basketball for me, being aware of the general standings, only really paying attention to Seattle, watching more teams once the playoffs start.  I'll watch darn near anything during the Olympics, summer or winter.  Very few sports that I really don't enjoy at all, but they include boxing and hockey.

Those tinted photos are nice...I like them too DR JENNIFER.

I don't think I am going to watch Rob and Amber tonight.  I really thought about it....and then decided not to.

JRand54, when I was up in Wilsonville on Sunday I stopped by Fry's and almost bought LA AVENTURERER (sp?)....however, as I was taking it up to the checkout I could hear the DVD rattling around inside the case, loose. Hmmm...I thought to myself...for 25 bucks I want one that is less likely to be scratched up! So I put it back and will order it from DEEPDISCOUNT where it is considerably cheaper!

Good idea, DR MBARNUM.  However, I ordered mine several days ago, and it hasn't shipped yet.  I don't know if amazon.com would be better.  A few dollars more....but who knows if mine will even ship?

I just ordered a couple of Japanese horror films from the 1950s which have never been released in America...MANSION OF THE GHOST CAT (1958) and VAMPIRE WOMAN (a.k.a. VAMPIRE MAN) 1957.

I hope they are good! LOL!

Good Afternoon!

I've been taking care of some cleaning this afternoon.  Vaccuming and and laundry.  -I thought it would be a good idea to have clean pit blacks for tonight's shows.

Other than that, I watched some FoodTV and a bit of Dr. Phil.

OH!  I have to give "The Young & The Restless" some credit for the "shocking turn of events" this week.  ;)

Because I was in the high school band, I had to attend (read "endure") every high school football game. There was a small college band that I was part of for my first two years in college, and we occasionally played for a game, (sometimes for basketball, too), but not every game, and that suited me just fine.

'24' had a sensational season ending show, and it set Jack Bauer up for next season

SPOILER

The show is pretty much going to turn into an amalgamation of THE FUGITIVE and THE BOURNE IDENTITY. As he tries to change his identity and live somewhere else, it's obvious he's going to be discovered and have to go on the run next season.

But they'll have to do some fancy writing to come up with a season finer than this one.

MEDIUM was very unsatisfying. I don't really understand the rationale of splitting the season ending show into two parts and only showing the first part. Very frustrating.

I am curious as well! LOL!

I am also curious to see what a Ghost Cat looks like (I understand it is actually a woman turned into a giant ghost cat).
