It seemed like that was the same situation last year with the Seattle Storm women's basketball team!  They won EVERY game that I either saw (live or on TV) or listened to on the radio or Internet!  It was spooky! :o They did lose (and win) games that I didn't experience but they never seemed to lose if I was in some sort of attendance.  However, all good streaks come to an end.  They eventually did lose games that I went to, but like I said, it was pretty spooky for quite a while! :)

Maybe we have the  "touch", DR George!  OK.   E-bay, here I come!  What am I bid?  :D  I think the Bucs might be willing to try anything.

Thanks Danise. I knew you were in ice skater 'cause you skated here in NYC, no?

TCB, Ginny and Jed- While I am still employed in the sports biz, if you ever want a Mariners Magazine or a Michigan Gameday Program, let me know, as my company produces those.

I was graceful as a gazelle in underpants.

Which begs the question—How cold is it in October?  Will I be able to repeat my show of grace?

Uh, oh.  Nine thirty by my clock.  I must away perchance to sleep.  Perchance to dream.

BK, I do want the dish and the spoon, if you have it.   :D

DR Jose, a question for you.  Have you had a chance to look over the sheet music I sent you?

I've never been to a fencing tournament, so the only fencing "event" I've been to is my weekly class, and that's always an event. I have been to other sporting events, but I don't remember them so much because I just didn't care.

I just hope that the new homes solution is a tree and a chain.  That always makes me sick when I’m walking B & B and I see that.  If you can’t have a fenced in yard for the dog(s)  to run and play in, you shouldn’t have one.  IMHO.
Der B is trying to figure out how to make our fence taller, or something, to make it harder for Peggy to climb out.  If only she weren't so danged clever in figuring out how to do things, and more clever in figuring out how good she's got it now.

I'm back from a lovelier than lovely day in the studio, and a fine dining adventure afterward.  I've caught up on the posts and, as always, they were lively and sparkling and just what the doctor ordered.  I'll have a complete report for you in the notes, which I must now write.  I must try to get to bed by midnight, for I shall be arising at four-thirty in the morning, to hie myself to the airport so I can be on my way back to the home environment.

What about those electronic yard devices they used to advertise to keep dogs in the yard?
A. Do they work?
B. Are they safe for the dogs?

Hope to catch up on some days of reading here soon. Just can't sit down for long at the moment - don't ask.

DR Rodzinski.  I believe they should be illegal.  Pain conditioning.  I've known of some animals who have learnt to enjoy the sensation. (Another human trait).

I have to say I have never, ever been a football fan, but when your hometown team (in my case, the Panthers) makes it to the Super Bowl, one does begin to sit up and take notice.
