Thanks for your photos, too, DR Laura!

Here's the image that's on a lot of minds around here right now:

For some reason, my Mac no longer connects to the internet. The other wireless computers are fine.

My laptop is now also unable to connect to our new wireless network.

I think it's a conspiracy!

On the celebrity search front, we've tracked down David Garrison, Teresa Stratas, and Frederica von Stada this morning. Roberta Peters is the only singer to work with John McGlinn we cannot locate.

I adore David Garrison.

I'll tell him.

I think DRs JRand58 and MBarnum will be thrilled that my friend Daniel is borrowing my DVD of THE QUEEN OF OUTER SPACE, so I'm taking that with me when I leave.

Don't forget to tell Daniel that I am a personal friend of the Queen's.

I told him you were the personal queen of my friend Laurie.

Where does Sarabeth live?

Two blocks down the street. It's at 80th and Amsterdam, and the food is quite delightful.

Good Evening!

Alas, the rain did come back this afternoon, but it's turned into a lovely, cool, breezy evening here in NYC.

I had a nice evening of entertaining viewing. I began by finishing the last BURN NOTICE episode. I had forgotten a good bit about the season finale. This is odd since I've been watching the new season for three weeks, but I HAD forgotten all of the stuff about Carla and Victor. Great to see it again.

And I thought he was a good "Charlie" in Merrily We Roll Along at Arena Stage opposite Victor Garber's "Frank".
