I have some deli turkey, but it is for some guests who are arriving later this morning.
Grace Farrell, Oliver Warbucks, Harold Ickes, Mr. Bundles and I were sitting on the sidelines....finally Oliver said to me, "You're the assistant director....go tell her we've been waiting long enough...."
Grace Farrell said: "Jack, you're the assistant director? I thought you were just a bossy cast member....."

DR TCB is your stiffness better today? Is it possible for you to get a neck and shoulder massage?

So then I used Lily Tomlin's line that my sister and I like to use:
"We're not bossy, our ideas is just better...."
When watching some of the "actors" in Annie, I am reminded of a notes session with my friend Bryan Fonseca....."Congratulations, every choice you made was wrong...."
Well, this made me laugh!

DR John G.:
I’m supposed to get the car back today. The A/C issue led, naturally, to other related ones that were causing problems, so the repairs were more extensive than originally thought. And, of course, much more expensive.
B&N’s Criterion sales are traditionally in July and November.
Everybody calm down....Julie's mom found her remote.
There was no weeping or gnashing of teeth this morning, when the hiring of our new director was announced. I guess that’s good. Leah starts right as I get back fromMaui.

You will be well rested for the challenge DR JOHN G.

Is this going to be a good thing?
Got the car back.
(Dont ask.)
Awful lot of confluences going on here, if you ask me.
This afternoon we heard a particularly low plane , so loud we couldn't hear ourselves over it.
I just learned it crashed a few blocks away in a wooded area. The pilot managed to miss all the houses and cars in the area but unfortunately he did not survive the crash
I had a belated birthday lunch with my friend Jan today. I was a bit under the weather last week and it had to be rescheduled. When the waiter brought dessert menus Jan asked me, "Do you want some dessert for your birthday?" I said no, but the waiter brought me a small scoop of vegan ice cream with a candle in it. (It was a vegan restaurant.) It was actually Jan's birthday, too, so we split it.
Actually, vibes to all.
No important envelope - annoying - perhaps I'll get two tomorrow.
I just finished listening to Ben Bagley's The Decline and Fall of the Entire World as Seen Through the Eyes of Cole Porter (http://www.kritzerland.com/decline_porter.htm). I don't care what anyone says...there's no such thing as too much Cole Porter! ;D

And now, it's time for me to leave work and hie myself to home, by way of Costco. When I was there a few days ago, I saw that the local Costco has burgers! They've never had them before and I MUST try one! I don't know how much they cost, but they can't be too much. I'll have a report later!
Until then!
Costco is selling hamburgers at their snack bar?
Also what didn't help was that it has two patties (not my favorite) and 1030 calories for the one burger! :o
The salad had almost no dressing and the chowder was cold.
I hope I can fall asleep.
Good night, George.

Did you complain, or at least mention it to the waitstaff? My friend Margo has no problem saying if she was disappointed in something. She's always polite about it, though.
