Do you prefer a special kind of tea?  I'm guessing what tea is used can change slightly change the taste of the cake.

Yes i add the extra raisins before baking. I just use regular tea bags. But i think you're right, you could easily change the flavor depending on what brand of tea or what kind you use.

I've never understood this constant I've-got-a-review-deadline from you and DR Matt H, because I know too many reviewers in NYC who let the discs pile up as possessions and review maybe one of out, what?, fifty, or often let them pile up for months and review a batch at once.
