Bruce I apologize for suggesting CSUN.  I forgot they are now only doing 2nd vaccinations.

That bugs me that a place would only give 2nd vaccinations.  It would be so much easier that when you make your appointment to be vaccinated, you choose 2 days, 1 for each shot.  Or if you do a walk-up, you make an appointment for the second shot right then and there.  It saddens me that they are making this process difficult for some people - the people that really need to be vaccinated.  <end of rant>

I apologize, the second vaccinations were for those who received their first vaccination at that location.

Gotcha - but one wonders if stuff like that is going on

DR JANE the OTHER chair is much larger and I doubt I could get it into the computer room or down the hallway by myself or even with help.....it needs much more room through the door than my bargain chair.....so I will just have to live with it.....

And I am home.  On a scale of 1-5, with 1-2 being no concern to 5 being Big Concern, the MRI shows a spot on my prostate that is a 5.  Dr Glickman wants me to have a biopsy in the very near future, and he says the procedure will be similar to a colonoscopy in terms of procedure and time involved.  Then, most likely, radiation treatments.

I am very sorry to hear this. Sending you hugs and prayers and love and vibes

I wonder if the radiation treatment would consist of the implanting of "seeds", which is the procedure a friend of mine went through several years ago. He said he walked around like a duck for a few days, but all was well after that.

Two of my friends did the seed thing as well and they are fine now

I found my chair - it is discontinued....but it is an even bigger bargain.
I looked at the tag again and it is "As Is" - there is a metal bar on one of the back legs where the wood is cracked.....so it has seen better days.....

Vaccine booked for Monday and then the 29th of March for second one. North Hollywood, which was completely available last night but couldn't be booked, was full up today, but West Hollywood was open for all times so I grabbed 11:30. It's on Santa Monica Blvd. probably between Fairfax and La Brea.
