Have you checked the kitchen counter?  By the phone?  The sink in the bathroom?

The freezer?

OK, well, I am just going to go out and run some time-killing errands...no real particular need to run them, just maybe it'll get the damn phone ringing...

Why would a remote for the DVD be amongst video tapes?

My TV remote is tied to my futon. And my house key is tied to my shoe. I have never lost either of them.

I'm just saying.

I took Mae-Ling and Wae-Ling for a walk in the wagon yesterday, and when we got home, I unlocked the door with my shoe key. They were very impressed.

I don't even know what time this meeting is supposed to start - I think it's seven - I hope it's not later than that, and my intention is for it to last no more than two hours max.  Thankfully, I've got tons of soda left from the Brain release party - about seven bottles-worth.

Well I rode my bike for 4 blocks! Lol, it's a start. Actually I was worried I hadn't put enough air in the tires so I didn't want to ride it until I can take it in and get it serviced.  I have 4 months. I really can do this if I want to but holy moly on rye am I out of shape!

One of my friends has been riding the whole thing for 15 years. She's a lawyer but she and her husband used to have a bike shop, so she knows all about it. She's excited I want to try it and said if I can go 25 miles in a stretch, I can do it.   That sounds like a very very long way, but as of right now, I'm going to try it. And if I can get in shape enough to ride 145 miles in 2 days (the 2 days I want to ride) I will be looking good!

I've just been lazy for the last two hours - listening to music, polishing the five pages I wrote earlier, and trying to decide whether I want to delete a couple of paragraphs from the previous chapter end.  If so, I'll do that after the meeting.  Tomorrow I get to write what I hope will be a three page sequence and then I know exactly where it goes from there to the next sequence.

Well, watching the finals of "Grease:YTOTIW" again was sort of fun.  I started paying attention to everyone else, everyone's reactions.  Quite fun.

-And I also just read Seth Rudetsky's column over at Playbill.com.  HI-LARIOUS!

Oh dear.....well at least ya gotta taaaaaaaa-ryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!
