Good Evening!

I've basically skimmed over the posts from today... Just a bit too tired and brain dead right now to respond properly...

So... Until tomorrow...

Bills are paid, interview requests to starlets are stamped and ready to be mailed. Now it is just about time for bed.

Skimmed the posts?  We don't need no stinking skimming.

Now, can we get to page 10 in record time and send this month out with a bang?

Soup?  I'll give you soup!

Just finished watching Junebug, one of those indy pictures that everyone falls all over themselves to praise, critics and a certain segment of the audience alike.

Went to see "Keeping Mum" at the movies today. I assume that will be a different spelling and or title for the USA release!
Gentle humour reminiscent of the old comedies from Ealing days.

Maggie Smith, Kristin Scott Thomas & Rowan Atkinson.

I don't know if I can continue watching Chan is Missing right now, because they keep doing scenes of people eating Chinese food and it's making me VERY hungry.

I would love to get to 300 tonight....

WE had a lovely shower of sleet, snow, rain, and ice. Driving home tonight was rather slippery and entertaining....

DR Tomovoz, I have not heard of it until you mentioned it. I looked it up on IMDB and lists Keeping Mum for its US title also...  Will have to look it up..

I debating which one of three movies I want to see this weekend: Brokeback Mountain, Chronicles of Narnia or The New World....

I hear all three are very good... I am leaning towards the New World or Brokeback Mountain.  New World would win me points with the Professor for my class on native Americans.  However Brokeback Mountain would be good. I like Larry McMurtry's work. Loved Lonsome Dove.

I watched DAYS OF OUR LIVES for a time in 1984, back when Leann Hunley was on the show...I love Leann Hunley! I also watched it during the time a few years back when Matt Battaglia was on the show.

I was a loyal viewer of Days from 1981 to 1992 during its glory days... Leanne Hunley is a beautiful actress. I am also a huge Stephen Nichols, Mary Beth EVans, Matt Ashford and Missy Reeves Fan.  I also enjoy Charles Shaughnessy and Patsy Pease.....

That was when the writing was good with well defined characters and stories...

I don't remember Matt Battaglia... I quit watching days for a long time after JER and Langan got rid of Matt.....

I went to the ABC soaps then and got back into OLTL and GH...

Rain here at the moment - All fires are under control at present!  We have another month to get through though!
January and February and always a worry. Thanks for the thoughts.

I am glad you hear that. I have had you and my other Aussie friends, Karina and Pam in my thoughts... I hope you continue to get more rain...

Forget about getting Sweeney at J&R--they want 19.99 for it.  Amazon is cheaper at 16.97.

AARRGGHH!!

And deepdiscountcd.com has it for only $14.77!!  And NO shipping!!
