Good morning, all! I slept late and I have a crazy day today: the post office, a trip to the NYPL to recopy several scenes from the preproduction libretto of THE LADY OF THE SLIPPER, a trip to Toyland to take care of some things I need to do for my colleague Curtis, who flew to London this morning for several weeks of work, and then a memorial service for Larry French, the late husband of my friend Jeanne Lehman, at 4 pm. That's a long day, and that's all i need to worry about. After that, i can come home, check the mail and relax in the AC.
I have little else to report. In the good old days of the LP, I collected foreign cast albums like mad, but these days I simplifiy; I think the only CD of a foreign cast recording I own is a German MY FAIR LADY, which I like very much.
