Re: Canadian bacon, which DR Vixmom mentioned. Where in Canada do they serve this? I've heard many Americans refer to Canadian bacon (which is basically more like ham). But I have never had it here, and had never heard of it till someone mentioned it. The bacon we eat here is just regular bacon!

I wonder who came up with this idea.... and how did they get it to market?
What is that sqaure with the dab, I think it is jelly, next to the bacon?
