Derek Hough was electrifying tonight. Sold-out audience went crazy for everything he did. I liked this show much better than the one he gave about five years ago. It was more grounded in ballroom.

In the midst of boiling the artichoke, I got a call from an old friend I haven't heard from in a decade, probably, needing to borrow a 16mm projector. I have four or five of them, but I think they're all in storage - I'll check the garage tomorrow to make sure I don't have one here.
