I’m supposed to get the car back today. The A/C issue led, naturally, to other related ones that were causing problems, so the repairs were more extensive than originally thought. And, of course, much more expensive.

B&N’s Criterion sales are traditionally in July and November.

The cats wanted breakfast at 6:45, so I fed them, and thought, I'll go back to bed for an hour. Two hours later I woke. I'm behind schedule, so Annabelle is eager to go ot and patrol, Thatch wants his deli turkey, and I am on my first cuppa coffee.

DR Laura, it's hard to answer your question on Annabelle's respiratory problem and the dental surgery. The broken tooth needed to be removed if only to stop any pain it might be causing and to see if there might be an abscess causing the issues. I thought we had solved the problem, then I had to take her to the vet because her nostrils were closed off with gunk, and there was clearly still a problem. I think the air purifiers are helping, since O think it's now an allergy issue, but every other daqy or so, she has her sneezing fits, so . . .

I forgot to mention yesterday that I like MY COUSIN RACHEL as well....I like the book a lot....I even like the NEWEST version which is interesting with some nice performances and music and photography...

But the 1953 version is still my favorite....

DR KevinH, no, the How To Succeed . . . is not for the Kennedy Center. It will not be ready in time. I wasn't even aware they were doing a concert until several weeks ago.

Our director.....well she's ours....she keeps KEEPING people afterwards to run dance numbers....then she runs the duets and solo dance numbers while everyone else waits around....and then she does the group numbers last....

At least now everyone in the ensemble can now do the EASY STREET dance....even the orphans were doing it in the aisles....in fact everyone was doing it except Rooster, Hannigan, and Lily....well Lily was....

I ate the last of my deli turkey yesterday.

My go-to is the smoked variety. That, for me, is the most satisfying taste in deli turkey. How does Thatch take his?
