I'm so glad I had the little soiree - we really had fun. All told we had eight people, me included, and it was very irreverent with much laughter and many desserts consumed.

Well, it turns out that we didn't look at pictures at all. We ate, played Scrabble and Phase 10 (I lost both), chatted during all of that and then left. Before I came home, I stopped at my sister's to help move her VERY dry Christmas tree out of her house. She'll deal with the actual disposal on her own. It really is very light. Now, I'm home and finalizing my DVD of the Bernstein New Year's Eve concert that I recorded last night.

And there were some incredible games, such as the Rose Bowl. It was a terrific game ending with the first overtime game in Rose Bowl history. If you like game with lots of scoring this was it. The final score was 54 to 48.
