I've gotten multi-vitamin gummy fish and vitamin C gummy bears. They're both very tasty.

and they come in a variety of colours. I have seen them usually in the summer. Very odd tiime....

Well, I need to go to sleep. Last night, I went to bed around my usual time (sometime after midnight) and was still awake at 4:00 am!

Sunday night, I went to bed around 12:30 and was still awake at 4:30!! What the heck?? It's 12:30 now, so I'm going to bed in the hopes that because I'm so tired, I'll be able to go to sleep quickly.

There are also wine-flavored gummy candies, but they don't really taste like wine, at least not anymore than gummy worms taste like worms. Hopefully, gummies don't taste like worms. I haven't eaten any worms lately, so I can't say that for certain. Time to worm into the day, though.

Oh, man! Despite my 5-hour nap yesterday afternoon, a solid night's sleep was most gratifying.

I bounced out of bed at 7:38 a.m., EST. I'm all groomed and dressed and ready for breakfast.

Good morning, all! I have the laundry in the washers and around 10 am, I will head to the physical therapy location and drop off a couple of CDs for Gurjeet and Jennifer. Then I see my Dr and giver her hell for taking so long to return my phone call. After that, I've got work here on the PHI project as well as two Moross scores. At 7 I have the second band rehearsal with the Men's Chorus, which will hopefully please me more than Monday's.

It seems we're bound for Aiken SC to visit several stores my mom has wanted to get to over the past few weeks but wasn't up to going.

She also has the "new car" bug....and we may end up shopping for cars this week.

Wednesday morning greetings! It's clear and very cold here in SW Ohio today. I'm off to Dayton's Amber Rose for a festive holiday luncheon with my volunteer administrator friends. I'll make a couple of Christmas shopping stops on the way home.

Speaking of gummy candies, my mother-in-law's holiday baking specialty was a gumdrop cake that I have never been able to duplicate. She used the giant gumdrops (cut in quarters) and golden raisins - she always set aside the licorice gumdrops for me because she didn't want to use black ones in the cake.

Good morning!

Temps fell during the night. I didn't even need a jacket last night going to my friend's house for dinner, but this morning I needed a sweatshirt and jacket for my walk. It's a lovely day here, but it is much colder.

I am also a big fan of GHOST, and I think Tony Goldwyn is superb in the film, one of my all-time favorite performances of his. In fact, I think the film is pretty nearly perfectly cast and it affects me deeply every time I watch it. The romantic scenes are powerful, the angst is great, the comedy works in all the right spots, and that ending just leaves me in a puddle.

DR DtM - said Tv Guide was not already in my possession, I found it on EBAY. It was the only issue for October, 1958, that was not listed by month, so I did a search to find out who was on the cover - Perry Como - and then searched EBAY with that information and voila!

Looks like another day off. Nothing has arrived from UPS, and any Criterion discs that come via USPS won't be due for weeks. Fox has several Blu-ray releases next week, and I wish they had followed their lead with the Mel Brooks box and sent their releases with a week's lead time, but, alas, it looks like that was an anomoly.

I finished Mr Lerman's book which I recommend - as did DR ELMORE - to anyone interested in the hoi polloi of postwar NYC. It is available for $6 or less from various Amazon sellers.
