DR edisaurus - Also remember that your are right down the street from Petrossian - great croissants!  There's also a wonderful espresso stand, Cafe Zibetto over on 57th & 6th, as well as Fika on 58th between 5th & 6th Aves.

Thank you, DR Jose! I wrote it down so I can hit one of them on my way up to Peter's. He's a block from Lenny's Bagels where I can get yummy whitefish on a bagel---something you don't see much in Atlanta!

You're welcome, DR edisaurus.

*Psst - If you go a couple of blocks up Broadway past Lenny's, give Absolute Bagel a try up at 107th.  My favorite bagels in NYC.

My other food mentor, Peter, seconds your emotion!

You're food mentor, Peter, has great taste!

*And if you have time to linger over a tasty breakfast, head up to the just-reopened (they had a fire) Community Food & Juice at 113th & Broadway. Their Spiced Apple Cider Toddy is a great way to start the day! :)  -Great Blueberry Pancakes too.

DR MBarnum's SANTA IN ANIMAL LAND reminds me of the Christmas parties my dad would take my sister and I to at the P.A.C.C.  The party would start with about an hour's worth of Christmas cartoons and films which we children would have to endure enjoy before we got to go up to visit Santa and get our presents.

There's a slice of Peanut Butter Silk pie in my fridge that's screaming my name so loudly that the neighbors are complaining.

Finished with my viewing for the evening and am listening to one of the new Varese limited editions - I don't really consider it a Varese title, more of a Nick Redman title - a combo Amfitheatrof and Friedhofer CD - very nice.

And in a little while I'll give a final listen to our new CD master and hopefully that can be on its way tomorrow with the master of the other release that comes with it.

And since we've decided to announce on Monday morning, I'll announce here tomorrow at midnight, I think.

I'd better balance my checkbook to make sure that I still have enough money! :D

As mentioned, one of the titles will be a budget-priced CD as my way of saying thanks to everyone for giving Kritzerland such a wonderful year.  That one will only cost 12.98 and, of course, if both are ordered you only pay one shipping charge.

Is it really only ten-twenty?  Maybe I'll take a nice hot shower - and while I'm at it, I don't believe anyone has said: Cranberries.

Well...

Some late-breaking news...

For any DRs who may be on Twitter...

It appears that their site had been hacked.  Again. It's looking like it could be quite a security breach this time, so if you happened to link any other accounts or sites to Twitter - Foursquare, YouTube, etc. - now would probably be a good time to change your passwords.
