Today was a hard day for me energy-wise.  I had a really good night's sleep, but I felt kind of dizzy today and people told me I looked drained.   The dentist was routine.  I now have clean teeth and that feels good.   I decided I need to say heck with the diet and eat well tonight.  I had a nice new york strip and a baked potato.    I aslo bought some women's multi-vitamins.   I don't geel dizzy anymore.

DR TCB why not call your friend back ;)

Oh no!  He is never ready "to chat" until he has poured himself a very large gin / rocks and settled in to his recliner.

I'll just wait until he calls me.

One of the results I got back from my medical tests shown that I had a severe Vitamin D deficiency.  Apparently one result of that can be fatigue.  Maybe that is why I have been so tired lately.

DR TCB, good excuse to go outside and get some sunshine!

I have a friend who is outside almost all day long, and she simply doesn't absorb vitamin D from sunshine. I think she takes a supplement and is fine. Hopefully that's all you'll need.

Had a pleasant evening of viewing. I finished my review and posted it so I had nothing to do this evening but just enjoy myself.

Are you getting out in the sun?  Do you have sun there?  Will you be taking a prescription D?  If you buy over the counter D, be sure it is D3.

Since the BROADWAY: THE MUSICAL THEATER set was still out on the sofa, I took that last disc back out of the case and watched a bunch of the interviews that didn't make it into the actual documentary. Some were very brief, but SOndheim had a nice long set of Q&A about his various shows.

Since I will be watching HIGH CRIMES on Blu-ray when Fox finally decides to get it to me, I thought I'd watch another Ashley Judd movie from around the same time: KISS THE GIRLS.

It has such a good cast, and quite a few hunky guys in the cast that are favorites: Cary Elwes, Jay Sanders, Tony Goldwyn, Jeremy Piven (well, he USED to be a favorite). Brian Cox is also in it with, of course, Morgan Freeman as the top-billed star of the show.

I only had about 25 minutes left before I wanted to shut everything down. Not enough time to watch an episode of LIE TO ME (I'm sure I'll watch a couple more of them tomorrow). So I channel surfed.

Does anyone here like FLIPPING OUT on Bravo? I'd never watched it before, but since there were some (affected) gay men in the cast, I thought I'd watch. It'll likely be the only time I watch this show.

No, the Fox Blu-ray releases for the week have not yet arrived, so any reviews from me will arrive after street date. I hate that, but it can't be helped.

Maybe MASH and HIGH CRIMES will come tomorrow. If they don't, I will have the day off.

I'm not sure Callie feels too good.  It's not her old problem, I checked the litter box and she just took a big drink of water.   I'm thinking maybe she ate some bugs or something.  She's apparently been sick quite a bit today.  It's usually not her....anyway, I'm going to skip her bed time meds and let her stomach settle.

Oh, so today the weight watchers registration fee is waived and I signed up 2 days ago.  Go figure. Well, I did the monthly pass so I didn't have a fee, but still.

Good Evening!

It was a GORGEOUS night to take a walk from the Library of Congress to the Capitol down the Mall to the Smithsonian... :)

I'm beginning to think Uranus is in retrograde.  Amazon has completely (and I mean completely) screwed up this return/replacement of the defective Onkyo.  I will have to deal with it once we're back.  And then just a while ago, in the middle of my "relaxing" massage/refloxology session, the hotel's alarm went off and we had to evacuate.  It was evidently a drill.  They did give me 6 free cookies and some free Aveda product as a lovely parting apology gift.

DR JMK - When will you ever learn?  Uranus has nothing to do with it, nor any other planet for that matter.  Remember...

It's because you're a lesbian.

You're welcome, DR Cillaliz.

I took some pics throughout the day with my regular camera too, and, hopefully, I'll get those posted to my Flickr account sometime sooner or later.

And, hopefully, DR elmore's train should have pulled into New York Penn Station a little while ago.  And, hopefully, he won't have any tales to tell about this train trip back to New York City.  ;)

Once again my eyes feel very heavy so I think it's time to shut everything down and head down to bed.

Good night!
