The office rumor is...free pizza for lunch!

I'm having an Italian sub. Quite tasty.

I'm supposed to eat light before cardiac rehab, so it'll be a fresh peach and some cottage cheese for me.

I haven't heard from my sister in NC (the Outer Banks) since Wednesday.  Hope she's OK.

From all the reports this morning, it seems that NC "dodged the bullet". She should be OK.

DR elmore - I'm glad you got to catch up with New Jersey Housewives last night. I just hope their antics were responsible for your fitful night of sleep.  I mean, that Theresa is strong! ;)

As for the Friday Media Check...

Well...

I've still been a steady audio diet of WNYC and WQXR, however, I have started semi-randomly listening to various classical vocal CDs in my library that I haven't listened to in years.  Mainly some of those wonderful duet albums featuring Felicity Lott, Ann Murray, Philip Landridge, etc.

Pants on the ground
Pants on the ground
Lookin' like a fool with your pants on the ground

With the gold in your mouth
Hat turned sideways
Pants hit the ground
Call yourself a cool cat
Looking like a fool
Walking downtown with your pants on the ground
Get it up
Hey, get your pants off the ground
Looking like a fool
Walkin', talkin', with your pants on the ground
Get it up

Hey, get your pants off the ground
Looking like a fool with your pants on the ground
Gold in your mouth
Hat turned sideways
Pants hit the ground
Call yourself a cool cat
Looking like a fool
Walkin', talkin', with your pants on the ground
Boom, Uno, Dos, Tres
Looking like a fool with your pants on the ground
With the gold in your mouth
Hat turned sideways
Pants hit the ground
Call yourself a cool cat

Song by Genral Larry Platt as sung on Amerrican Idol

Just watched this.  Cute.

As I recall now. Roberts didn't do the Los Angeles production.  It was Larry Kert.

Nope - it was Joe Namath!

From Sam:

From the news today, did you know that the cheapest pet per year is a goldfish at $200.00 for food etc., the most expensive are large dogs at a minimum of $1500.00 ea.

Is that only for food?  I don't even want to think about what we spend on Sherlock per year.  ;D

Good Morning!

I'm up, I'm up... And I'm still waiting for Earl. I guess.

No effects from Earl here in Conshohocken (nor in Pennsauken, for that matter...)

:)
