TOD: I saw part of Hello Dolly when I was in a motel room driving up to Colorado Springs to visit someone a few years ago. So I guess that would have to be my favorite.

Is it just his chest that he has shaved?  On the video, do we get to watch?

Or maybe we get to watch him sliding down the firehouse pole!

 :o

Not to say that I've sought and/or found said video (oh, the wonders of the internet!), but I must say...he's a very prepared fireman. He carries a fire hose with him at all times. A very large fire hose.  :o

It is sprinkling outside. I hope it lasts a nice long time. But I doubt it.

Otherwise... Let's just say it's amazing how much one can "forget" over the span of two weeks.  Thinks like: When to come in... How to count to 2...  How to read music.  :-\

Nothing "catastrophic", but I did find myself having to make sure I was awake from time to time.  ;)

Over the last 24 hours or so, I had the DVR record Joan Crawford's awful film BERSERK! The last time it was on, I recorded it with every intention of burning my own DVD-R, but the film was so ghastly that I didn't think I'd waste a DVD-R on it. Since then, I've had a change of heart, so I will burn myself a copy at some point.

I mean, if I went to the trouble of buying the set that had TROG in it, BERSERK is not a step down. In campy value, they're about the same degree of awful.

Amy, Miss Beverley Humphreys sends you greetings (along with some other new listeners) on this evening's show. My review of Les Miz is broadcast today (about 20 mintues into the show) and then at the half hour mark she mentions all the new listeners from all over the world and that's when she says hello to you!

Awwwww! That's cool! I listened to your review when I got home and am now just catching up and heard Beverly give me a shout out!

Thank=you, Edi!

(But, it's der Brucer who is in charge of the weeds garden.  Sorry.)

Oh...Der B mentioned your moonflowers one time, so I  thought you were the gardener. (Although I wondered how you had the time/energy!)

Coincidentally, my favorite Turtles song (well, it was written by Johnny(!) Williams and Leslie Bricusse, but performed by the Turtles.) It's so GROOVY!!

A friend sent me information on a deadly form of breast cancer I have never heard of, IBC or inflammatory breast cancer.  They symptoms are very different from regular cancer.  There are no lumps & can't be detected with a mammogram.  Often doctors think it is just a mosquito bite or an infection.

Go to this site and watch the first video:
http://www.komotv.com/ibc/

This scares the #$%$ out of me! OK, time to get several exams...

I saw the IBC video a couple months ago, I think they had it on the local news.  It seems to have visual symptoms, it's just that doctors are saying they are bug bites or whatever.

Der Brucer is watching FoxNews.  They're talking about autoeroticism, I think.  I'm not exactly sure why.

The thought of Bill O'Reilly and autoeroticism doesn't scan.

In O'Reilly's case, it may be a good bet it's about getting turned on by an automobile.
