And just the best.....Reiko Sato - with Marilyn Horne singing....James Shigeta and my favorite Hermes Pan choreography EVER!

One of my favorites, also!

James Shigeta had to be one of the most beautiful men in Hollywood.

Well, we had some success today. Antonia wasn't thrilled, but she did much better.

There are a few performers who seem to divide people.....you either HATE or LOVE them.  How do you stand on these people:

Barbra Streisand - Love her

Betty Hutton _ Liked her

Michael Jackson - Liked him

Josh Groban - Love him

Keith was watching a show while on the cross trainer today, and they had a long haired Akita on.  He said it was the most beautiful dog he had ever seen.  I don't know what that dog looked like, this one I found online sure is a beauty:

Nice dog, but certainly no Sherlock!

When I got in I finished the three CRIMINAL MINDS episodes I had left. My goodness, they certainly put Thomas Gibson through the ringer. At the end of season three, he is inches away from his car when it explodes. At the end of this season, an escaped serial killer has him at gunpoint when it fades to black (but we do hear a gunshot).

That was probably Dharma.

Another night that moved me closer to a more normal night's sleep. Still not there yet, and there's still some ache and discomfort, but this is SO much better than what I've experienced for the past month. I am keeping my fingers crossed for continued improvement (though my arm has ached more this morning than it has since the therapy).

I don't know why but it seems like CityTv (the station that shows ROYAL PAINS here) is not showing the last 3 shows. They advertised the last one as the season finale. Only i know there are 3 more episodes. :(

DR Jane I think i would have been too scared to hike with the bear warning.

Although your warning reminded of something. There is a man-made lake, park, forrest 5 minutes from where i live. On the really hot days i was using the bike path through the forrest. While i was entering that area there were pictures of rabbits, foxes and a bear! The last one freaked me out (although the sign has been there for years). I hope there are no bears in there!

Don't you think that HHW should have a secret word of the day??

bk could select an odd word.  If anyone used it during the day in one of their posts, they could win a sparkly prize!  And it might inspire our DRs to use odd words here and there.

Well, more so than we already do.        :)

Here is some food for thought for BK:

Runner's High Can Lead to Addiction

BK has indicated he's not sure what the "glow" is folks talk about....but I think maybe he is getting that glow whether he recognizes it or not...!

DR Jennifer traded her weather for ours.   And it hit F 89 degrees here today.  That's 20 degrees warmer than yesterday (and the warmest day in four or five weeks).

I loved that CELL BLOCK TANGO clip.  Does anyone know the phone numbers names of the other actors besides Jason?

It was supposed to get up to 80 degrees today, because it is going to rain on Saturday.

Well, i'm still dealing with the L'enfant Plaza Hotel and I just called our BK to tell him I'm wrestling with Reservations. I hate this crap. He's got Merrill Grant and Rodzinkski with him at the Brooklyn Diner and it sounds like they're having a good time.
