Last night, we watched one of the best, most honest, movies about the theatre ever made.
It's really a "coming of age" story. I've seen it 2-3 time before, but it still brings back a lot of memories.
Terrible title: THOSE LIPS, THOSE EYES.
Set in 1951, Frank Langella delivers a masterful performance as a New York actor who stars in Ohio summer stock productions, but who will probably never make it to the big show. Tom Hulce is also in the cast.
Well worth your time if you can find a copy.
