I just got a cramp in my leg. I hate that! :P

They said on the news that the entire south Sound area is shrouded in fog. I guess they missed Puyallup. It is clear as a bell here.

I missed the “the” preceding “Hong Kong” in my first read through and thought how the heck did I miss THAT news?

I have been extremely tired all week

Last night Vixdad took me to the IHOP fir dinner

I order the “crispy” chicken dinner which was billed as two fried boneless breasts and 2sides

I had corn and mashed
-
And you got soup or salad with it
-
I took the salad
-
Salad as fine, corn and mashed we’re fine but the chicken was wo large but very very thin chicken cutlets deep fried until they were way too crispy for the likes of me. Also they were extremely salty.

I had one bite and knew they were not for me

I ate all the corn and mashed and salad
-
Our server came back saw my plate and asked if I wanted a box for the chicken
-
I told her I didn’t care for it , too salty and over cooked

She offered to replace them but Vixdad was done eating and quite honestly I was full with the veggies

She came back with the bill and she had removed my dinner
-
She said that they want all the customers to be happy with their meals but they were especially sorry I wasn’t pleased with my meal since they knew we were regulars and “hated to disappoint friends”

Today for breakfast I had blended a banana with some ice, skim milk and a scoop of chocolate protein drink mix

That was yesterday’s lunch too

I had 9 uninterrupted hours of sleep last night

That’s like 2 days of regular sleep for me

Let’s see if I am less tired today

I am finishing my coffee and then heading into the office early

This weekend Vixdad and I are going to a small Doctor Who convention being held at a local hotel

I am trying to fit in seeing one of the folks on castrecl while I'm in Florida who's playing Santa in the musical ELF. BK knows the actor, and he says it's his first Equity musical ever.

Skip played through his solo with him briefly when he was in NYC recently,

and it's hard to believe he's only done plays when he was acting more regularly. Or maybe for Equity shows, only plays.

That will probably happen tomorrow because this is going to be a marathon session, as I plan to watch all the extras and enjoy listening to all eighteen commentaries! :) This will be fun. I've been so looking forward to it.

I'm kind of foggy today, so we cancelled a trip to Hamilton for a history lecture. We may go grocery shopping this afternoon, then Rob and Mary Linda are coming to eat pizza with us this evening.

It was extremely foggy when I woke up this morning. I can now see as far as the river which looks more like clouds than water.

That sounds like a fast reduction to me, unless it is half of a very small dose. Do not be surprised if your continue to have side effects for awhile. Vibes you don't have any more side effects once you are off the prednisone.

My referral for more physical therapy has been faxed to the therapist. I can call on Monday and make an appointment. I just received from Palladium Health their reason for turning down further therapy, and it's bullshit: they claim my pain level out of 10 is only a 3, and that I am perfectly capable of managing the situation with home exercises.

True, but it would've been nice to have the regular amount of time. We always lose two days because of the holiday, but since it's only once a year, it's not a horrible situation.

George, how was Randy's Christmas album?

The concert was really special tonight. The symphony and the Meistersingers did an excellent job with Mozart's Requiem.

But I preferred the Kurt Weill Concerto for Violin and Wind Instruments was a real treat for me. Weill was 25 when the work premiered, and it was the work of a young composer just bursting at the seams with talent. So melodic and antsy at the same time. And funny.

I'm back to the end of Wild Rose. Well, the script is quite intriguing. Every time it chases a cliche, it heads in another direction. And the ending is really uplifting. Great performance from Jessie Buckley in the lead. I didn't like Rose in the early half of the film, but I like her now. And what a voice.
