Here's another one I will be ordering:

I never missed this show.  I loved the characters and the mysteries much more than those on Scooby-Doo.  I also liked the songs a lot--I even had the album!

Now all they need to do is release THE SPACE KIDDETTES on DVD to make my life complete!

I vaguely remember this show...

Some of the morning shows I remember were THe Care Bears, Smurfs, Strawberry Shortcake, Pound Puppies

There used to be some live action saturday shows on CBS  back in the late 70s and early 80s that I remenber such as Isis, Shazam, Thunder and a few others. There was a sci fi one that was on where people would travel the country after some sort of disaster in an RV.

For some odd reason, The guys from one of the dorms used to like to come to our dorm and watch Electric Company and Sesame Street.  Zoom / Contact 1-2-3 and Big Blue Marble.

I find it highly disturbing that social security numbers and names are available online.

Social Security Death Index has been available for a number of years

The Muppet Show Season 2??  It isn't supposed to be released until August 7...TWO WEEKS AWAY!!  How do you rate??

;)

Season Two is available at the DVD shop (read: porn store) across the street from my theatre. It's a little over $40...

But can't someone still open an account with your name and birthdate and social security number? How would the bank know said person is deceased?

Banks have to check the status of the number before it can be used to open an account

Is Koda good with cats?  DR Laura has been wanting a dog.

I don't know for sure as Carolyn did not have any cats. He is probably like Bosco and doesn't even pay any attention to them. He has such a sweet disposition I can't imagine he would bother them at all.

There was a knock at our door a little while ago. The Goldstein girls escaped from their dad and came to visit.

Maybe the Goldstein girls would like a friendly mutt that was once owned by a celebrity.

Today was another great day at the office. Very busy, but having Nadia there was the difference between night and day.  She is great.  She doesn't have a legal background, I don't think she's ever been a secretary, but all I have to do is show her how to do something once and she gets it. And she is positive, wants to learn and better her life and she is fabulous with my clients.  I hired her on gut feeling and I'm glad I did.  Ok, it's only been 2 days, but she's already talking about how she can't wait to see the snow fly outside the window, lol.  I guess she's planning to stay!

I was so frustrated and disappointed with not having the MGM musicals tonight that I refused to watch anything new.

I put in HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN and got lost in that world for 2+ hours. Loved every minute of it.

As people who visited our Last Starfighter NYMF page know, Julie is our producer/production manager for the NYMF production.  While I'm sure it will get crazy close to the actual production, having her there to manage things has been so reassuring.  But I bring this up tonight because it felt so cool going through publciity options for our NYMF show just before seeing GYPSY tonight.  It somehow felt very "New York theater," in the best sense of the expression.

BTW, I'm enjoying THE HALF BLOOD PRINCE book, too. I had thought I would wait until Christmas to start the book since the movie is slated to come out during the 2008 holiday season, but having seen ORDER OF THE PHOENIX last week, I was ready to continue on with the Harry Potter saga.

After I finished the POTTER film, I put in Season One of THE CLOSER and watched the "You Are There" episode, the only dealing with the autistic child. Loved this episode, and I remember being SO shocked with the denouement when I first saw the episode.

Tonight's RESCUE ME had again a much lighter tone than most of last season's shows. I really laughed a lot and am enjoying Season 4 so much.

Wow! It's after 1 a.m. here, so I'm on my way to bed. I may not get another chapter of HALF BLOOD PRINCE read before the lights go out.

Good night!

Will you guys be holding private auditions for the show or were the EPAs it for you guys? I'd love to be seen if you're seeing people...

OMG YOU GUYS!!!!  I got my Marriott Rewards bill today, they hadn't included the points from my trip to Orlando in my Rewards, so it looks like I have enough points to stay at the Courtyard New York Manhattan/Fifth Avenue at 3 East 40th Street. Now I've got to figure out how to do this with my rewards and see about a flight.  Midwest is having a sale....hmmmm I'm looking at Sept 28 to Oct 1....

And continuing with the question, so to speak...

BK - Will you be casting all AEA?  Or will you be allowed(?) to cast non-Equity actors too?

A friend of mine who works for Marriott says that is his favorite Marriott location in the city.  It's in a semi-historic building - can't remember what makes it historic right now - and the location is surprisingly convenient for being on the East Side.

The EPA's for Last Starfighter haven't happened yet.  Probably will end up being during the week after next, since I think two weeks lead time may be required.

It's the only Marriott property, other than the Upper East Side that I have enough points to use.  I can get a flight on Midwest with cookies for $218 - they just started a sale....ok....time to start booking things and buy tickets and joine NYMF... there are just too many friends doing things to miss this trip!

Just came home from seeing "Hairspray" - Loved every minute of it.  It's a fine fine movie unto itself.  Doesn't try to be the previous movie or the musical.  Fine work.
