And...

Here's the news release about our new Aunt Eller:

Terry Burrell Is Arena's New Aunt Eller in Oklahoma!

That's pretty cool!  The very first show EVER that I saw on Broadway was Swinging on a Star: The Johnny Burke Musical.  We literally got off the plane, put our bags and luggage in our hotel rooms, went to TKTS and bought tickets to it, not knowing anything about it.  It was fabulous!  Everyone in it was so good and I just loved the show.

Aw... And one of my favorite actors/people, Lewis Cleale, was in Swinging On a Star too.

Ben, something went awry - yours didn't get sent, even though I know I put your note in with the invoices - it's why I don't love getting checks because somehow those orders occasionally have problems - she sent it out today.

"Something Went Awry" - Hmmm, maybe that's the subtitle of DR elmore's memoirs? Or DR MBarnum's? ::)

His name is Philip Michael Baskerville.

Currently, "Cord Elam" has been played by Aaron Umsted - a.k.a. "Super Swing".

They will also be having a reunion of THE WALTON'S cast and the BATMAN tv series cast.

Considering some of the recent photos I have seen off Burt Ward; it will be a very big reunion!

Oh, I forgot, Van Williams (The Green Hornet and Surfside 6) will be there as well! It will be nice to finally meet him in the flesh, so to speak, rather then our long ago meetings via phone and e-mail.

DR MBarnum - Has the restraining order expired?

I think we are doing SOMETHING WENT AWRY next summer.....and very funny British farce about vicars and their wives and the lost trousers of a member of the RAF.

Oh....and a drunk spinster.

Finished with my viewing.  Amusingly, I did enjoy Source Code very much - I'll talk about it in the notes - no, not a great movie, but Druxy and I really do seem to have opposite tastes for what we can tolerate, as he really liked Unknown, and I thought that was one of the worst movies ever.

I've been eating healthy meals and while I don't eat huge meals these days, I do snack on calorie-friendly things during the late afternoon and then later in the evening (but not too late).

One last note: For those of us who buy DVDs, Barnes and Noble is having its semi-annual half-off Criterion Collection sale. Ordered "Smiles of a Summer NIght," which I've wanted for years, and a few others.
