RE: AMERICAN IDOL.

We all know who is going?

Who???

I have no idea (and i'm being totally serious).

In my mind it could be anybody. I don't think it will be little david or david cook. But in my mind it could be anybody else.

Really? In your mind it could be anybody? Even David Archuleta, the kid every teeny-boppin' girl in the country is voting for? That surprises me.

I'd be willing to bet it's Carly going home tonight. Syesha is another possibility, but I'm hoping she can hold out at least a while longer.

That's me, on the left.  Just another typical day at the office!

Hey, you're cute! I might pick up that shade of lipstick my own self.  ;)

Back from Ye Olde Post Office.  They say I can do all this postal stuff online for first class packages, but last night it sure seemed like the only thing you could do online was priority, which, of course, doesn't work.  I'm going to call their 800 number and have them walk me through it.

When I logged on to paypal this morning my account didn't come up - instead I got a page saying they were doing some kind of security check and I had to answer some questions - I did, and the account is back, but that stuff scares me and I'm on hold with them trying to find out what the HELL that was all about.  Apparently, what the woman is telling me is that someone from the fraud center flagged the account for me to verify information.  I want to know why they would do that all of a sudden.  And to make sure the account security wasn't somehow breached.

DR JMK - I sure hope you were able to use "Copy and Paste" to create that post  ;)

I actually called Gabe into the office to spell it for me.  He delights in such activities.   ;D

Talked to a nice supervisor who told me it was strictly routine and they just do these sporadically to different business users.

Brett...her reference to "David or David Cook" was about "David Archuleta" and the other David.

Personally, I don't want to see Carly go yet.  I find it incredible that both she and Syesha are being mentioned and that nowhere do I hear the name Kristy Lee!  :)

Jason Castro would be my choice.  He's out of originality and, thus, out of time...for me.

the one I remember from grammer school was one a couisin taught me:antidisestablishmentarianism-which i think had something to do with, if you were a 19th cent englishman, your position on whether the Anglican church should remain official, or 'established'Or maybe it means someting else-I am sans access to Websters

I learned of this word when I was a kid. :) I was going to post it, but you posted it before I had a chance to find out how to spell it.  And now, I finally know what the heck it means! ;)

A good $10 word needn't be unusually long.

I like "preternatural"!

DR Jose, the search button worked (I didn’t use the advance search).  I thought it was about to time out as it has in the past, I'm sure it almost did.

I will try this next time.  Thanks.

And Alice and Jerry's dog was named Jip.

Better than Spot ;)  I never heard of those books.  I didn't enjoy Dick and Jane as a child, now I wish I had an original copy.

I was an "Alice and Jerry"-trained first-grader.  Alice, Jerry AND JIP!

My mom still has both books we used in that class.

Amen. Jason is #1 on my hit list too. I've had it with the dreadlocks and screwing up the words to the song.

I have another friend who HATES Kristy Lee. It's weird because I haven't really formed an opinion about her the way I have with the others.
