I really don't know what movie I'm going to watch when I go back downstairs.

DR Rodzinski mentioned LENNY the other day, and I have it and would like to watch it soon, but I'm not in the mood for such a downer today.

Already mentioned but worthy of re-mention:  THE BEST OF EVERYTHING.

DR GEORGE - glad to help increase your knowledge, hope it's useful someday!

I wonder if the studio that will distribute RENT has in in their contracts that the sound must be turned up as loud in the movie theaters playing it as the sound is cranked up at the theaters playing the stage version.

It's really ear-splitting.

I would have mentioned THE BEST OF EVERYTHING, but Joan is more like a guest star. Her role in I SAW WHAT YOU DID isn't much bigger.

Good Afternoon!

Well... After struggling to stay awake for about an hour or so, I decided to go ahead and head back to my bedroom for a bit.  And about three hours later... Ah!

-I have no idea what is up with my sleep schedule lately.

My yesterday's viewing was a play with ex HHW poster Beekay in the cast.  It was a well performed and staged light comedy. It was written by"Noises Off" man "Michael Frayn.

DRMATTH - One of my favorite moments in IT! THE TERROR FROM SPACE has Ann Doran as Dr Mary Royce (who conducts autopsies & makes coffee and apple pie, in different rooms of the ship, I hope) says: "He didn't have a drop of blood left in him, and every bone in his body was broken, but I'm not sure that's what killed him."

I always thought BeeKay was one of our more imaginative Screen Names.  :D

Oh, and Jose, I had to move on what I needed instantly - had a real time crunch.  It was basically a takedown from some digital performer files, and I found someone nearby here in the City of Studio who said they could turn it around for me quickly.  I didn't know if there was some way for me to e you those files or not.

DR MATTH did you know that during the original release of IT! THE TERROR FROM BEYOND SPACE - the producers and a "world famous insurance company" offered $50,000 to anyone who could prove that IT was not living on Mars (another name for death, by the way) at that time?

I must be off.  Tuesday is my sister's birthday and we're all going out for dinner tonight.  So, I must shower and shave and change my clothes (I hope I have some clean clothes!) and wrap her present.  It's the complete series of "The Lone Gunmen."  It was a spin-off from "The X-Files" that my sister loved, but the show didn't last very long (13 episodes total).  So, now she can watch the whole thing.  Have a good day, all! ;D

I keep watching this DVD of the Jack Benny show with Fred Allen as guest star. It has an appearance by my recent interviewee Dorothy Green. In fact I think it is her first television role. She plays a secretary, and her scene with Jack is very funny! I have watched that bit about 5 times this weekend!

Good afternoon.
I just took a rather unexpected nap.  I woke up feeling incredibly refreshed and energetic, so I think I had a good night's sleep...nevertheless, I lay down on my bed at about 1:45, and wound up sleeping for an hour.  Perhaps it's my body trying to avoid the sickness that DB Jed is now recovering from.

Now I really should do something productive with my day...

I've been really lazy today. I've done nothing but lay around and watch DVDs. Tonight I will continue with this laziness and watch three - count 'em THREE - hour-long TV premieres in a row.

My allergies are bothering me a little bit. I have a touch of a headache.

That's all I know right now. And the unicorn is a mythical creature.

Not much happening in the land of OZ this monday morning. There are no unicorns to be seen (despite the #1 here in 1968 for the Irish Rovers) and the sky is grey. (Read that as gray for North Americans).

I rather enjoyed these "readings":

The Egyptians were all drowned in the dessert. Afterwards, Moses went up on Mount Cyanide to get the ten amendments.

David was a Hebrew king skilled at playing the liar. He fought with the Finklesteins, a race of people who lived in Biblical times.

BK, you'll be "excorting" Hisaka around a lot.  Does that word mean you'll be excoriating her while you're escorting her?

I like The Lawless Street.
