Well, you've read the notes, the notes were immersive and like no notes you've ever seen before, and now it is time for you to post until the immersive cows come home.

IT would have made my TV list except the last half hour ruined the entire thing.

I slept well. surprisingly.  I had a huge dream filled with living and dead friends from my past.  that was kind of bizarre.

I haven't read a Stephen King novel I've enjoyed in years.  I detested the novel It.  I feel he became such a "hit" writer that editors stopped trying to reign him in.

CARRIE: the movie was a vast improvement over the novel; the musical a mess
'SALEM'S LOT: best vampire novel since Dracula; movie so-so
THE SHINING: Thanks to DR Ginny, the first King novel I read and it scared me to death; I thought the previews for the film were really great but the movie seemed to be a movie for people who look down on horror films
THE STAND: Too damned long although the opening section about the plague was the most frightening thing I've ever read
Then it's all a mish-mash.

I did think THE MIST, STAND BY ME and THE SAWSHABK REDEMPTION were wonderful film adaptations of three novellas.

Perhaps we don't want to see something "as we've never seen it before".....I would just as soon NOT take a drive through some nitwit director's mind.....

I shall have to think about the TOD, although I think  most of my choices have already been mentioned.

I went to the oil change place EARLY today and the 10 minute change only took 45 minutes instead of two hours like last time.

Thursday morning greetings!  Another catch-up day for me and I'm moving slowly because I slept poorly last night.  After the Kroger pharmacy texts me about my refill, I'll go out and do a little shopping.

I enjoyed It the miniseries when it first aired, but ...

I hated the ending.
I hadn't started reading King then.
I think it benefited from the inclusion of commercials.

I've taken my intellectual property question to Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts,  They have my submission form and I should hear from them in a couple of days.
